Thanks, I was curious if the magnets held well enough on the Ali'i.

He does a good job with the magnets; well placed and large enough to provide the "snap" you need. However, if precise voltage control is important the VV model does have an issue there. A tiny move of the wheel translates into a large change in voltage. To me that is it's weakest aspect; but very PV has it's strengths and weaknesses; none are perfect. Find the one YOU like and that will be your RR.

You are right. The provape is a great model. I love the lightness due to the titanium, the features, the feel, and most importantly, its performance. I will stick with it, buy some low resistance cartomizers, a metal drip tip, 30 mg of good juice and an AW battery. After that I'm set. Thank you all for your input. I believe the provape is the perfect device for me, why switch a winning team.

Glad to hear it. My ProVape has provided countless hours of top notch performance. The Boge LR 2.0ohm cartos work great and ProVape has some on the site around 1.8ohm that work well too. I have also found this device drives a Cisco LR306 1.5 really nice. Enjoy.

I have gone through a few mods (Reo, Kaji, Silver Bullet, Chuck, and tried more at meets) and the GGs are the best IMO. I keep two GGTS with AVS going all the time, drip with another with an LR atty on a 3.7V, and also vape with my GLV 5V on occasion -- I think tube mods look cooler and the GG is the class act of the bunch -- and Imeo isn't suing anybody!!! I am interested in some theoritically but they haven't been released yet -- Eclipse and GLV3 -- but if the GG gets VV their appeal to me would wane.....

I am also ordering the Precise, guess two mods are better than one. Could anybody please tell me how I can retype the title of this thread, the spelling mistake is driving me crazy, and I didn't see a editing option.
One more question, in case I ever wanted to part with the titanium provape (since provape isn't going to manufacture in titanium anymore, to pricey), where would I list it? Of course I'm going to wait until I have the Precise first, to see which one I like better. Alright, thanks everybody and enjoy the weekend.

After reading many of the suggestions for "Rolls Royce" of mods, I guess the question should have been what is the "Rolls Royce" of mods from an "appearance" or "outer shell" stand point. I don't care how pretty a PV is, if it only does 3.7 volts or only 3.7/6.0 volts, then I would not consider it the "rolls royce" from a features stand point or how it vapes, IMO. And I am not knocking any particular PV, just saying......

No offense but isn't 'how it vapes' the most important thing? As far as voltage, don't we take care of that with varying our attys resistance, making the whole VV point moot in reality? I'm not fan-boying but I know that no one person is going to enjoy the same experience as another, just as we all varied our gretzkys and the way we smoked them.:2c:

You have to admit, if you like the shiny tube ones, GGs and the Provape brands look cool.:thumb:

With wood, there are an increasing number of awesome boxes out there now, that's a definite to each his own!
