I do believe there will be still some time IF the regulations are so severe. There is soooo much that is not made public to us, the consumer. I Despise that so much is going on behind closed doors.

I can tell you, I have bought some extra nic and have it stored in my freezer. This is the first time I have done so. Yeah, I am a little worried. I have purchased things that will help me stay self sufficient if regulations come down hard. I think batteries will still be available.

It is all so unknown.
