Thats exactly right and the limited amount of likes your post received tells me most don't agree which is the reason a communist was elected twice as president , the USA is no longer respected and Obama was voted as the third most powerful person in the world behind Putin and even Merkel ( a first ) , thats says it all right there .
We should all still sign this petition though even though i agree it won't amount to anything with this president.
I really hate to be the downer here, but online petitions are a total waste of time, and this president doesn't care how you feel in the slightest.

What percentage of the population of the American population do you think support bringing in 15,000-65,000 refugees from Syria right now?
I'll be the number of Americans supporting brining in 15,000-65,000 Syrian refugees right at this moment is extremely low. Like probably single digit low, right? But that's exactly what Obama is going to do, and if Hillary is elected she's going to expand that and allow in even more. If the current leadership is willing to bring in Syrian refugees despite massive public disapproval what makes you think they're going to care what a 5-10% minority of Americans think?
Besides, what are you going to do if Obama agrees with the legislation? Vote him out of office? He's out anyways, so he's going to spend the last year ramming through whatever he wants with total disregard to public opinion, or even law. If he can't get it passed in Congress then he'll just use an executive order, and if the executive order is challenged and loses in court then he'll just ignore the court order. Look at his current immigration policies if you need proof of that.
