I suggest that you get "verified" so that you can sell them here on ECF in the classified section.

How to gain access to the Classifieds
The Classifieds Forum is for ECF Members of Verified Member status only. Please register as a Member, then follow the Verified Member procedure.
20 posts on ECF are needed to qualify for access.

Yes there are classifieds here, there are facebook groups (although I think many of them are geared to specialized gear) and I guess Ebay is an option although again, I'm not sure how much "used" mods get sold on there, if they aren't super high end, etc.

If you can get verified, that may be an option. There is also the "PIF thread," where you can offer your gear to those who may need it etc. Also, I believe most Veteran Centers will accept donations of vape gear (which means you can write off the donation in your taxes, if all else fails and etc.)

    Good luck and welcome :)

I've never had issues selling used gear on eBay no matter if it is high end, low end, or anywhere in between. As long as your not asking crazy prices, it seems to move quick. I would personally post the gear up on the classifieds here and whatever isn't moving post it up on eBay afterwards, that way you have a chance to sell the stuff without the hassle of eBay fees.
