I was just thinking about the WHO report on ENDS and then saw your post. The WHO report actually recommends that it should be prohibited to claim ecigs can reduce harm!
Great quote from that link you posted:
Prohibiting the safest form of nicotine delivery will increase, not stem, the tsunami of cigarette-related death. Truly informing smokers about reduced-risk nicotine products, such as e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco, and increasing access to these products is the best way we have to save millions of lives.

Thanks for the link. I am sick and tired of Nannies who think they know what's best for me crafting laws and regulations that ultimately end up doing the opposite of what they expect. And when their little plans don't work? "Well, we weren't restrictive enough. We need more laws and regulations."
Enough of this nonsense. It's time to make our voices heard above the din of the bleating Nannies.
-sigh- It's all about their own agendas, they don't care about anyone's health. BP would rather us all take Chantix instead (seriously, how do they approve a medication if one of the side effects is suicidal depression?!), and they throw way too much money around to not get their way. Not to mention the complete misunderstanding of new technology that most lawmakers have, and their complete refusal to learn.
As scary as it is, I think BT is going to be the closest thing we have to an ally in all of this. I don't like them but they aren't the hellspawn a lot of people make them out to be. The only way I see us getting through this without worldwide bans is if BT takes a greater interest in the vaping world.
Yep confirms my belief that the wold needs an enema. Only to many places that the hose needs to go.
People who have a vested interest in the status quo, dirty politicians and control freaks, greed. Well during prohibition there were bootleggers if they get their way there will be again only with nicotine.
