to be honest the best customer service i've received is from fasttech.com
aside from that Your Online Electronic Cigarette Store - AltSmoke went beyond customer service and into tech support to finally figure out that i had a faulty charger (not bought from them but they replaced it anyways)
E-Cigarettes and Vape Accessories | MadTown Vapor is great at replacing any accidents that might occur and offer free juice on $8+ purchases (basically buy 2 get 1 free)

Considering I haven't had an issue with any vendor I've purchased from, my post probably doesn't help much. I've ordered from Nicoticket, MBV, Vape Wild, and ITC online with no problems what so ever. MBV and Vape Wild both send free samples with every order, MBV gives 5 ml bottles with no nicotine, and Vape Wild sends 10ml bottles, I've gotten them with both 3 mg and 6mg. All my experiences have been good so far.
