Who has vaped through one or more of their pre-filled cartridges in the the first day? Thought this would be interesting. I think I've done 2. One main tabacco and one menthol, and I've been dripping some melon on there from time to time...

Not hard to do. Most of the prefilled carts are only equivalent to, perhaps, a half pack of cigarettes.
