Apathy has led to more loss of freedom in America than almost any other cause. Ignorance is a close second.
Apathetic public, it won't impact me, it won't happen here (bans only happen in California and New York, right?), the talking heads in the media said it's ok, if it doesn't directly impact me I just don't care, I'm only one vote so I can't change anything, etc...
Ignorant politicians who legislate with benefit of knowledge
Ignorant voters who elect the above referenced politicians
Ignorant vapors who make themselves so obnoxious to those around them they create vape haters

I want to know when others started being OK with someone else telling them what they can and can't do, and what to be afraid of. You really can't trust the government especially when they have there hand in someone else's pocket. It also doesn't help that all the smoking cessation aids are made by big tobacco. This world would be a better place if people minded there own business. If it's not hurting them you would think people would be fine with it.
They are all relevant. Each link makes the chain stronger. IMO, BP, along with their lobbyists, and PR firms do a heck of a lot of damage.
