Who Sells Good Dripper Bottles?

I bought bottles with my first order for DIY (5ml, 10ml, and a couple 30ml) and they are frustrating me. The 5 & 10 bottles have some little extra piece iniside the dripper that must be there to help from getting more than one drip at a time but make it so that you have to put a death squeeze on the bottle to get anything out of it. Won't work for the long run unless I get in there with an exacto knife and cut that piece out of something.

Where can I order good basic dripper bottles?
