Hi annap!

I haven't tried peppermint specifically yet from either company (though I plan to try the PA version at the end of the month, what with the winter holidays & time for candy canes at hand). But I've ordered flavours from Jack at Happy Vaper, and directly from Linda at PA too. I recommend both ways for ordering.

I've tried a lot of Perfumer's Apprentice flavours, and some FlavourArt ones. Maybe it was just the particular flavours - but the FlavourArt ones I tried all smelled & tasted pretty awful. I can't recommend taking a risk on them.

I love PA flavours though, and totally recommend them over any other flavour maker.

If you order directly from Linda, you will be able to order any of her flavours, in several different sizes - 4mL, 15mL, 1oz, and 4oz. The larger the size, the better the price. With each order she also offers up to three 3mL samples from her Flavours in Development section, free of charge (with the understanding that you'll try them & let her know whether or not you feel they're worth her proceeding with). But the price will be in USD & the order will take longer to arrive (she's in California). My last order with her took about 10 days to get here.

If you order PA flavours from Jack, you'll be able to order most of the flavours (Linda's always creating new ones, so there are always a handful that Jack hasn't received yet). But Jack only offers them in the 3mL size. The good thing is that the 3mL comes in a plastic drip-tip squeeze bottle, which is convenient (when ordering directly from Linda, the flavours arrive in glass). The price will be in Canadian too & the order will arrive super fast - usually within 2 days.

If you're mainly looking to just try the peppermint, I'd recommend getting 3mL of the PA version from Jack. If you like it, then you can order a larger bottle (15mL or 30mL) directly from Linda. A 30mL (i.e. 1oz) bottle from her is $5 USD, and will last ages for your DIY needs. You can even re-use the squeeze bottle that you got from Jack with the peppermint.

Hope that helped!

That was very helpful thanks I have ordered the PA peppermint from Jack but found it was not strong enough but maybe I did not use enough of it I will keep increasing the drops I started with 6 for 3ml but I think I could easily go to 10 drops. I am trying Lorans creme de mint in a chocolate base and it is quite good and I can get the Lorans at the Bulk barn but I think I will order a large bottle of the peppermint from PA Thanks again Anna
