i only have tfa / tpa peppermint and seems like a lot of ppl on here use it and like it. i find it decent but not strong enough. i use it as a single flavor with menthol crystal drops. the menthol and the menthol in the peppermint affects the overall taste as well. Should i just buy a bottle of peppermint oil from a health shop online or are there flavors from the other companies that has a tasty peppermint?

Hey Now... Can I call you fafa-fooey?

Sorry, to answer your question...

2% Peppermint Oil, 8% EM to me tastes like an Altoid, but then again I don't ever get much sweetness from EM in any recipe. To my taste EM is less of a sweetener but it does add body to a mix.

I'm thinking of trying 1% PO and maybe 5~8% sucralose sweetener for a sticky sweat candy cane flavor. To me, the PO, while very strong, tastes more like what I expect when I think of peppermint than any of the other peppermint "flavors".

Hey now! long time stern fan here and actually got into vaping because of sal. I went ahead and bought some peppermint essential oil cheap on ebay. I like the candy cane peppermint more than altoids, but altoids is just fine. Im hoping like you, EM or sucralose can change the peppermint taste. I read that the PO is very menthol, do you add any menthol crystals/drops to your eliquid or is the PO alone is enough?

I agree with hubseven. TPA Peppermint is awesome but for me its sweet-spot is at 15% flavor. This coming from a guy which daily vape is this same peppermint for at least a year and a half.

Anyhow, you could try other flavors and see what happens. FYI: I tried the candy cane from flavorwest. It's not bad but i wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for peppermint alikes...

Tpa mint candy is very nice at around 12%. Its more candy cane than altoid. Pretty good.I'm its own, though lately I've been adding 4% vanilla ice for a nice creamy finish.

That sounds REALLY good, hilicat, thank you! I will try it out. Along with the vanilla, wow.
