My co-workers must think I have "bathroom issues" lmao cause I spend a lot of time in there, not going to the bathroom.... But vaping!! :)
I can't vape at work, it's strictly sterile conditions, I work in a laboratory at a hospital. But I do hear a lot about patients vaping in there hospital rooms, it's so cool cause it takes the pressure off of being completely focused on needing a cigs when your in the hospital and the patients being more focused on healing in a more relaxed mind frame.

I work in a hospital too (I'm a surg tech in the OR) and I'm sure that my coworkers think I have bathroom issues also LOL. No one really knows that I vape because I don't talk about it. I don't want it known because someone would say something and I don't want any hassles. I slip into the one staller in the hall every chance I can (between surgeries). One issue though it I try not to blow too much vapor, I'm terrified of the smoke alarm going off and also, if someone is waiting outside to go in, I don't want them to walk into a cloud of vapor and go "HUH?" I now use gennys exclusively and it's hard to hide the vapor! I may have to go back to taking carto tanks or a bottom feeder to work :(

I vape all day in my office. I let those in my dept vape at their desks as well. Just made a company purchase for several other smokers in the office...and while I couldn't get it so they could vape at their desks (they are in a different building), I did get it set up so they can vape in the breeze way on the side of the building and in a vacant office next to the break room.

I work in what could best be described as a cube farm for a large server hosting company. While i have only been here a short while, I do not know the exacts from the upper management, I do know that there are several of us that vape, at our desks, and word in the halls is so long as we are not showy and blowing smoke rings, desk vaping is allowed, just try to keep it low to the floor, not exactly stealth. but nobody in the immediate area cares. When clients come around for tours and such I tend to make sure my PV's are put away in my desk drawers as to not bring unwanted attention. I have organized a one time daily 10 minute trip out to the smoking area with all the vapers at the office we go out in force to not convert the smokers but definately go out and show them how nice they are, talk to them if they are interested etc. most of the time it ends up with us talking about our newest toys.

I do. Never got around to asking my boss though. Talked with one of the guys I share the office with and got him hooked (his family thanked me for it with a bottle of wine), and the other two we share the office with has nothing against it. My work partner doesn't care, and none of the others who have passed me while vaping in front of the computer has said anything. I guess I should ask my boss if it's okay that I sit here vaping and typing / slacking all day long, but ... effort.

Currently writing an article about it though, and I hope that will get the rest of the smokers and users of snus to switch over to e cigs. I'll be more than happy to help them along the way, just as long as I won't have to suffer the horrible smell of cigarettes and snus all over.

I vape openly at work and no one cares. Everyone knew except the doc that owns the sleep lab, and the only reason he didn't was because I work nights so hardly ever see him. I was spending some rare daytime hours at work and in the middle of an inhale when the doc walked into the tech room. He just asked whatcha smoking? I assumed since he is a pulmonary doc he would know PV and was referring to the flavor, so I replied bubble gum with a big grin. He went on about his business and I kept working and vaping.

While writing this I suddenly remembered a woman who used to work in his clinic office vaped, and she liked the sweet flavors, so I'm sure he was referring to flavor.

I'm a teacher, so vaping in front of my "customers" is not an option. When my off period hits and I close and lock the door ( no windows), it's on! I've also discovered that hand dryers in the bathroom have an intake on the bottom, so if I go to an empty bathroom, I can blow a massive cloud and it "disappears" almost instantly. My computer fan works the same, but not quite as quick. I would never mention it to my boss, though. If he doesn't know, he can't say no.

I do occasionally. I asked about the policy concerning vaporizers during orientation. It's completely acceptable to vape in the breakroom and it doesn't bother anyone. But sometimes I make sure no one's around and sneak a few hits during my normal shift. No one has noticed so far. I don't think it would get me fired right off the bat since I'm way too good at my job. If it did, it just may be a blessing in disguise. If I was working my dream job...well, my dream job would let me vape at the desk...but anyway, I wouldn't take the chance unless it was preapproved.

I work at a steel fabrication company in an office and I sit there vaping and working all day and nobody minds. Anyone else able to do that? Have you asked your boss?

As you I have my own office so vape off and on throughout the day. As I learned in the military, never ask the question if you might not like the answer. Also learned there, it is easier to ask forgiveness than permission. Works for me.

Being a part-timer, most of my shifts are after-hours, sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring. I vaped indoors all winter.

On the off occasion that I'm not alone, I go outside. Luckily it's spring now, so it's not -30C out there anymore. :p

I'm also in the group of potential-denials if I were to bring it up with superiors. Yay for working at a hospital.

It's prohibited at my job (gubment employee) but I've been stealth vaping all day long since Oct of last year and no one knows any different. My boss knows and is cool with it since I'm at my desk more often. I converted one co-worker and we always have fun busting each other mid-drag. He even keeps a shorty eGo in his shirt pocket. I keep my Reo tucked away out of sight on my desk.

I do! And I share my office with a vegetarian health fanatic who is totally okay with it.

Everyone in my department knows what a PV is at this point, in more or less detail, and several of the smokers have expressed interest in trying out vaping (pity there are no stores here -- they'd have to rely on the local eBay equivalent, which is iffy at best).

Furthermore, I occasionally start quasi-stealth vaping in meetings if they last more than an hour, and at this point people just register that fact and move on without a second glance or comment.

When I was vaping a mango liquid, someone even told me to vape more -- it was like really good incense!
