Just got my Sidesho in ther mail. Had a heck of a time trying to figure out why the manual batt wouldn't charge. Cause it already was, dummy.

Right now I am using the tobacco 16mg that came with it. Wow. Very nice. Got my auto batt on the PCC, plugged into the wall.

I was bracing myself for the 'shipping taste' of a brand new atty cause I didn't wast to rinse off a new one and possibly FUBAR it. And I was pleasently sirprised by the flavor. And the HEAT! Just like an analog. Wee!

These are going with me to poker night tonight. A room filled with smokers that are trying to kick it.

So... No real point to my post... I am just excited! vaping in the house. :)

If my experience with vaping around smokers is any measure, then there won't be much poker playing. Paraflier is going to be too busy, explaining how the e-cig works, where to get one, how much does it cost, etc.

That's a good thing, I already have one convert and several smokers who are interested in getting one.

Paraflier,

I take my PV's with me to poker every Friday night (and everywhere else of course), that's what has enabled my husband and I to participate, as all the others there are either non-smokers or go outside for smoke break every hour or so.

We never felt comfortable with drinking alcohol, playing cards and not being able to smoke except on breaks.

The vaping does NOT bother anyone there, in fact, before the night begins, they request I bring a really nice cherry or strawberry or cappucino, something that smells really good, then they really seem to enjoy it.

We can be part of the neighborhood fun, and they don't have to sit next to us smelling all smoky/stinky.

I haven't had even a little desire for an analog in over a year, but hubby still smokes them as he hasn't found a PV that does not make him cough, VG low nic does the best and that's what he uses on poker nights or when we fly or go out...

Good luck with your vaping, you should enjoy the results...

And to adlib a little on Doyle Brunson's quote, "All you need to play this game is a chip and a chair..... and your trusty PV !"

Shuffle up and deal !

It was a great night. Brought my PV, and, sure enough, it was more, "What the hell is that?" that I was expecting. Felt like a salesman taking apart my Sidesho and explaining how it all worked.

One thing I noticed.... When I first got my PV yesterday, I was sucking on it like a crackhead. It was soooo cool to just use it in the house, or Wal Mart, etc... But I noticed something..... I started not feeling so hot. Methinks if I'm going to be doing this 'for fun', I need some low-dose! And leave the16's for when I feel like I could use a good hit.

Might be time to order a manual passthrough also..... (If I fine Steak and Mashed Potatoers and Gravy flavored e-juice, I'll be set)

You are going to hate being in a smoked filled room. I smoked outside for 20 years & can not stand being in a room with smoke. GOOD LUCK

I Know Exacally What You Mean...My Mom Smokes & Now To Walk In Her House I Just..Well I Can't Stay More Than A Half Hour Or So..I Just Did Not Know How Bad It Really Was. Even Her Dogs Smell Like A Cigarette. Poor Baby's, I Just Can't Get Over It, And To Think We Were All So Used To That, That We Didn't Even Notice It Any More!!!WOW:|
