So I was directed to this thread by FlLori & I gotta say you all are so full of knowledge! Thank you for all the info. I just received today my 1st bottle of wta 17mg unflavored & I had so many questions on mixing it & stuff but I am gonna start using it just plain. I am so excited for tomorrow morning to try it w my morning routine!! :)

Welcome! Good to hear your trying out some of WholeCig's juice.
I have really come to like the unflavored. As a matter of fact, now I detect a slight sweetness to it (might be the VG, I'm not a pro at this). After all the flavors I have and I've tried, I'm really sick of flavors. It's very refreshing to just have an unflavored juice. Very clean tasting.

Good on FL Lori for heading you here. I think you'll like what you have.

Good morning Mr. Mann & everyone else! I got to sleep in this morning yay! The BF got up w the baby @ 6 & let me sleep (he's such a great guy!). I'm sitting here with my coffee & my Halo G6 battery & mini tank puffing on unflavored wta, & I gotta say wow! So far this has done it & I am not wanting to run outside for that 1st smoke of the day. The unflavored isn't that bad, I also had vanilla in this tank before I put the unflavored in so I am picking up a few vanilla tones which I think is helping.

So far I'm impressed but I don't want to get ahead of myself, it's only day 1, haha. I'm gonna keep this on me at all times for my go to when the cravings get bad & still vape all my other juices too.

I am really liking the 100% VG, it's the first time I'm trying 100% VG juice & it's really smooth. I've tried all different combinations to find what I really like & so far I've mostly favored PG, but I may need to readjust.

Thank you wholecigs for a wonderful juice & thank you everyone in this forum for all the great information. You guys rock!!

Hi everybody!

I know some missed the 30mls recently listed for sale. We'll have some more available in a couple days!

Moving into the new facility has been exhausting, but we're almost set up, and soon we'll be producing at a much faster rate!

Thanks for hanging in there! We haven't forgotten ya! :)

Thanks for the update. And on that note, I think I will drip a couple drops of the unflavored before bed.

So, an interesting thing just occurred...

A customer asked for a full refund of three separate orders, not because of anything wrong with the products, but because she quit vaping...she claimed to be unhappy "with the quantity" of WTA she purchased...I explained that the refund policy related to satisfaction with the product itself, not her purchasing decisions, lifestyle choices, etc...and that i couldn't simply resell them as we don't have true "safety seals" to insure that she hadn't tampered with the product...and then she changed her tune and claimed to be unhappy with the product itself due to its lack of safety seals....and we're talkiing about three separate orders spanning several weeks...over ten bottles...she then claimed to have already sent the items back to us, and threatened to involve her credit card company...okay, at that point I realized two things,

1. We need to design and implement some sort of safety seal for the lid...I can assure you that when shipped, the items are safe (untampered with) but it does present a problem for potential reselling...
2. We unfortunately have to change our return policy, if you have a problem, PM me, I'm a reasonable person and want our customers to be satisfied, but can't offer full refunds if people are going to take advantage of us.

I should add, that as regards this particular instance, the customer will be refunded the purchase prices(s) in full.

I value our customer's opinions and input, so please feel free to voice your views as to this change...

I didn't think juice could be returned for ANY reason.....

I have returned 2 bottles at the same time. it was either ruined or mismarked. Hubby vapes 1 kind and it wasn't the right taste. (But that was from a huge vender) they have a lot number on theirs.

well, I'll throw the wrench in. ;)

One of the reasons I buy from Mountain Oaks Vapors, and a few others, is precisely because they are vapor-sealed at the facilility.

Other companies I buy from have that plastic seal wrap around the cap which extends up over the cap. Just like a bottle of aspirin or something.

In this day and age, when I receive my juice, I want to know only one entity had "access" to the inside of my bottle---- and that is the actual mixer who put my juice in the bottle.

Plenty of turnover in this biz and I have no way of knowing that some disgruntled employee in shipping tampered with my juice, any more than YOU have no way of knowing if one of your customers who wants to return a product does, right?

That is why IMHO, I'm not paying $0.35 a ml and I'm paying over $0.60 a ml or $1.00+ a ml for MY vendor juice.

Long gone are the days of "kitchen sink" juice mixers, w/some high school student's bubble jet printer for labels, etc. (and I got all those from "premium vendors" when I started out until I learned better)

Count ME as a customer who wants a professionally packaged product.

While it may be true, as you say, that you cannot ascertain if the customer tampered with the juice, you also can't ascertain that anybody between the mixer (and that could even be a shipping department) or somebody else along the line til the juice reaches a customer) also hasn't been tampered with, can you?

So not sure what is the difference. If it's not sealed it is not sealed, and you should be tossing out all juice that comes back from ANY customer, regardless of what their reason is for returning it...........or take down your refund policy as it is presently worded. Their reason for returning it isn't going to make difference if they decide to return it, right? I mean, you have still lost that juice and lost that purchase $$.

It usually isn't, unless the vendor states this, which this vendor does. " If for any reason a customer is unhappy with our product within 30 days of its delivery, we will offer a replacement bottle, or if desired, a full refund of the purchase price. Simply return us the unused portion of your eLiquid. Customer pays return shipping."

I agree it is a generous policy......but if you don't want to honor it, then don't put it out there. ;)

I never would think to return any juice...unless, if course, it was in a completely sealed bottle and the vendor sent the wrong thing to begin with. Even then, if I was the vendor, I'd tell the customer to toss it and I would reship. I think you need to consider that. Consumables are different from hard goods.

BUT, I'd love for you to 'find' some wta around, jfresh. I want to order it and you have no stock

shedevil, zami, I hear what you are saying, too. I hear what everyone is saying.

the thing is, when you are not involved in a transaction or a policy or even any one point of view, you are able to look at what is there objectively.

I see both the vendor's and the customer's POV here. They are both right a little bit, and both wrong a little bit. But if you have a return policy and unsealed juice, you have to dump the juice that gets returned.

I believe one of the earliest players in this biz, Johnson Creek, has a returns policy that is quite generous: "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Smoke Juice or accessories purchase within 60 days of receiving it, we'll take it back. That's it"

They also send glass bottles that are factory sealed.

If you wnat to mimic the "big boys" (and I would consider Johnson Creek one of these, purely from the stance of how long they have been in business, with whom, etc. )then you have to play it the same way, IMHO. Charge the right price so you have a profit margin, and package your juices in a way that is bullet proof and in a way that works in tandem with your STATED return policy.

And they are about as far from "kitchen sink" mixers as you can get. I just got some stuff from Joyetech, sealed and then in it's own little box as well.

I expressed these things 10+ months ago in the original What We Want From Juice Vendors topic, which was long running. This industry is no longer a tiny little club that nobody is paying attention to.

I said 10+ months ago that the vendors who were complying with any and all future laws that would require certain kinds of packaging and labelling were ahead of the game, and the one's who started that compliance early would be around years from now, and others would not.

I buy from Wizards Lab because there are LOT NUMBERS on everything. It's not like I'm going to buy bad nicotine suspension and everyone is going to be saying "who's on First?" and disappearing.

This is how professional companies package, inventory, and create products that are meant for human consumption. Anybody who isn't isn't going to be around when the deeper pockets start to make bigger inroads here.

Which you can complain about all you want. But that won't keep you in business, it is the cost of doing business, and there are other businesses to get into on a shoestring if you don't like it.
