I wrote Ed a while back on the 17th about a price quote on a large volume of juice. He suggested that I contact David which I did later that day. I was given a quote by David and replied that I wanted to make the purchase and asked him how to arrange the purchase since it wasn't in the store. I've since written 3 more times requesting payment information and still haven't received a reply.

What gives? Is something going on there? I thought their vacation was over. Kinda feeling blown off!

They have been excellent about replying or resolving problems in the past. I'm a bit confused.

That was what I did. I finally got a reply this evening. I guess they were just backed up or something. Maybe I've gotten spoiled. They usually reply the same day. Often even on weekends.

glad to see you got sorted out, yes, I think as you say you have gotten spoiled, and the guys were backed up a bit.
We have been really busy with orders but that is only good for business.
