Whoops, I received PG instead of VG

Hi, I emailed this and I'll post it in case you catch it here first. I ordered 1 flavor pak and 10 bottles of VG 36 mg. flavorless juice. The flavor pak is VG and 2 of the 10 bottles are VG. But I have 8 bottles of PG in my order and I am allergic to it. The invoice was marked correctly. I checked and the bottles are not mismarked, the PG is clearer than the VG, the 2 botttles of VG are a little yellow compared to the VG. I'll await your instructions as to what to do.

Hmmm... I ordered 3 bottles of 36mg PG some time back (in mixing kits) and they sent me 3 bottles of VG instead. I didn't say anything because I figured it was worth trying the VG anyway, but I wonder if that is why I don't find their mixes sweet enough?

I just wanted to let the forum know as well, that I ust checked my email today (Monday) but Mrs. Jaxx emailed me right away on Saturday and refunded my postage to send the 8 bottles back and is sending the other (plus extra goodies back. What great service!
