Since I started vaping three months ago, I always used PG only flavor, now I would like to add VG because I understand it gives more vapor.

I got a PG 24mg nicotine tobacco flavour (USA Mix) and a bottle of 99,9 VG USP. Can I just mix it in 5ml bottle say, 8/9 drops of PG with 1/2 drops of VG, so to get a ratio 80/90% PG with a 10/20% of VG?

If yes and I would like also to add flavor, blueberry or menthol, how many drops?

Thanks!!!

Yes, you will get approximately that PG:VG ratio. Your nic level will be lower though, and it will lower more when you add flavor, which I like at around 10-15%, so a drop or two. Drops as a volume unit are not great though, as liquids of different thicknesses will have different drop sizes. I prefer to use syringes for DIY, but you will get an idea of a juice with drops.

I use Scubabatdan's ejuice calculator spreadsheet for all my DIYs, which runs with Excel or OpenOffice. That way you don't have to do algebra, and it gives volumes needed for a juice in drops or mL for particular %s of the various components. The drops here all assume 20 drops = 1 mL.

Without knowing the final nic level you want, or the % flavor you like in general, which only experience will tell you, its hard to put concrete numbers on the drops of each of the components. And its a good idea to know accurately what the nic level is for a juice. Helps you gauge yourself.

You might consider posting this to the DIY forum, and start a thread so members can get you to the perfect vape! :D
