I had a stomach bug last night, and puked right after taking some drags off of my e-cig. For the rest of the night, I associated the smell of Cashcap with tossing my lunch, so I just put my e-cig away. It's coming up on 24 hours and I really don't care that much that I'm not getting my nic. I'm starting to think that if I can hold out, I may just get some zero nic liquid.

Thanks everyone. I'm feeling great now and I'm going to get some PG and flavoring at lunch today. I do want to puff when I'm bored (driving to work), but don't feel the same need to smoke like I did when on analogs. I really don't think that it was the nic that I was addicted to.

It's good to know that it's possible, (for some people at least,) to use e-cigs as tools for quitting.
