Usually in the beginning of each year...
January through May.

I will be going. My grandfather actually owns a company that contracts with the vendors and his company builds the booths and displays for all of the major conventions. CES is the greatest convention, followed by the adult film convention hahah

I sent it about three weeks ago now. He replied about a week and a half ago that he got it and said he was going to send it. I just sent him a email that I got from my paypal receipt. Hope he answers. Not saying hes a bad dude but I just dont want to lose that money lol

I hope you get your evic as well. Correct me if I'm wrong but can't you file a claim with paypal? I know they don't allow ecig stuff but you can say it was something else I'd imagine.
