Why are my coil heads gunking up within 1-2 days?

No matter how good you are at cleaning your coils, over time, the microscopic spaces that carry the e-liquid to the wick are going to get filled with residue. The longer you vape with it, the more gunk will accumulate, until it gets to the point where its wicking ability will be reduced to a fraction of its original performance.

You can postpone the inevitable by proper cleaning, but unless you can get in between the fibers and clean the crud out, it's gonna happen eventually.

i noticed my coils gunking up with max vg
given that i paid 5$ for 100ft of 26 gauge kanthal and was sent 300ft by mistake from an ebay seller lol
i have more than enough to swap out coils everyday if i wanted to
but very annoying most times ill remove the wick and heat up the coil like at 10W and itll burn all the gunk off then just rewick
