Why are reos so much ? How fast do they burn through juice ? What about Monkeyboxx ?

Levitas, take a deep breath. Up until your last post, your discussion was certainly respectful, and we have lots of people here who have other mods, and talk about them on occasions. The comment was directed at the OP opening a thread about someone elses mod on the REO forum, not at you for joining in. I know that you are rational. I've seen your other posts. Please consider editing. 
lol.. did he finely make it over to the lounge? ended up as a fathers day gift rather than a 6 month anniversary gift. but the deal is done .. he has stopped mod shopping all of a sudden.. no more looking for what works for him.. my lady friend ended up with the red / black mini... so i still need to get a "loner reo" for loaning out to friends that still need to make the switch...

I own 3 reos, 2 grands, 1 mini. I have had other bottom feeders with the needle up into the atty... leakage problems! Wiring and leaks don't go well together and not good if the body is wood. Wood your paranoid to drop and break, plastic same deal.
Reos have a sealed feed system. No wiring/solder to fail. Reos are built tough and can be dropped, run over, etc. Give one to the sampsonite gorilla. Might break off the atty, but that's the worst that will happen. They take it and vape like champs. You want a pv that can last your lifetime? Buy a reo. Get as second as a back up just in case you need to send one in for repairs which is pretty darned rare from what I read and usually user error from an atty short. Get a mulitmeter if you don't already use one.
They will only use as much juice as the atty combo you use and how much you vape. I like 801's and they are juice hogs. The flavor is worth the extra juice to me. Because of ease of use, you might vape more just for the sheer pleasure;-)
Smoking was easy. Take a cig out, light it and go. I was looking for that simplicity to get my nic and all else failed me until now. Vaping a reo is as simple as striking a match.....nuff said!
For the price difference, I'd say go with the grand. Bigger batts=longer vape hours, bigger bottle on board, and the batt combos are amazing if you want to go HV. I love the size of my mini, but 5-6 batt changes a day makes me buggy.
You can sell for the same as new and some even get more for their used reos depending on supply & demand. It's like a money back guarantee. How many pvs out there this long can say the same???

I drop this thing all of the time and I truly believe it's virtually indestructible. As others have said, it's very well made. It's versatile. I can use it as a bottom feeder or just put an atomizer on and drip. The 14500 atteries are about $6 compared to Ego batteries which can run 20 plus dollars. I do like my Ego and I've bought a few more batteries since my first Reo but I really should have saved my money. Customer service is also excellent. If you have a problem, Robert is right there with help and a response. You don't hear much complaining about Reo mods on ECF. There really isn't anything to complain about!
I like to think at least that all our thoughts got read (and will again), and that they helped.
And speaking of how tough Reo's are (heh), mine got dropped out of the van onto pavement (3.5-4.0 feet). Didn't even scratch it!!!!!!
