Why can't I set a signature?

Hey guys, just wondering if there's a common problem involving signature uploads. It's JPEG, it's under/at 400x65 pixels, I've uploaded it 2 different ways. Man I had the coolest one, but it was too long :/. I understand why I couldn't have it though, I just don't get why I can't now?

Any help would be much obliged .

I want to use this btw, the "dark side" . (Just Kiddin lol)

Lol nevermind , first time I've ever answered my own question, you have to wait for new posts durr.

Well here's another thing I've always wondered, how do you delete embarassing posts?
