Why the T-tip drip tip?

Super T Manufacturing; the most innovative electronic cigarette products

Only Super-T manufacturing's drip tips feature the new "Wide Mouth" design featuring a larger entrance and recessed funnel for the ultimate in dripping ease and speed!

Super -T also takes the time to hand polish each and every stainless steel and aluminum tip to a high shine!

T-Tips also fit the popular Ego and come in a variety of sizes, colors and material types!

Super T tips are made from non-corrossive materials, such as Stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Don't be fooled by a recent foreign companies offerings of a steel tip, steel is not stainless steel and your saliva will rapidly dissolve any coating and the tip will rust as well as injesting the coating material as it dissolves!

See the dramatic difference in opening size below of a competitors drip tip (left) vs the Super T Widemouth Drip tip pictured on right:

I tested the new "Wide Mouth" T-tips with several juices and these were my findings:

1. SPEED, SPEED, SPEED. You'll really see that you can drip faster and more accurately. You aren't waiting for the first drop to drain, you can follow right away with the next drop(s) in rapid succession without fear of bubbling over or surface tension holding up the juice at the top or when you do hit off center, you aren't waiting for it to slide down the funnel.

2. It is MUCH easier to hit the hole, especially if you shake at all. Many of us became quite adept at the old version and had no problems, but you will really appreciate the increase in speed when dripping even if you were good at hitting the hole on the old version.

3. Pooling and puddling is greatly reduced. Since the funnel is now sunk in, the surface tension is less and it drains easier. The funnel on the widemouth is the exact angle as the old versions of T-tips.

4. When bubbling up/surface tension does occur, it doesn't bubble up and over the side of the tip like the old version, since the juice is now recessed deep into the tip.

5. You get much less juice in your mouth as even any residual juice that hung up around the top on the old version is now located much deeper in the tip.

6. All the T-tips are deburred with no sharp edges and are very smooth and comfortable in going into your mouth.

7. I find it easier to see regulate how much juice i'm dripping in. On the old version, the fear of bubbling, missing the hole, and surface tension, sometimes i found myself dripping a drop and wondering if the next drop went in or bubbled over the side or waiting for it to drain.

Compare to your old T-tips or any of the knockoff brands and you'll really appreciate the improvement!

Also, for those who have the old style, i will, free of charge, chuck them in my lathe, rebore them out and refunnel them to the new "Wide Mouth" design.

patents are around 50k and are only good for the US.
Besides, it's too late. once it's shown or even discussed in an open forum or to anyone, they can make or even patent it for themselves.

You have to just continue to keep making the best and sell to those that want it.
Happens to Rolex, Piaget and Tag all the time. They still make and sell the real deal....

I got my T-Tips on Friday. I really like them. I got the 510/901 Delrin in both regular and shorty to fit my Ego and 808 cartomizers. They fit nice and tight with no hint of looseness. The barrel size is just right and the mouthpeice is perfect.

I use the regular one on the 510 atty and the shorty on the 808 carto. That way they are about the same length with the carto one being about 1/4 inch longer. I don't have to use the carto caps any more. I just pop the tip off and drip about 5 to 7 drops down the sides of the barrel to top it off. I can then vape immediately. Nice stuff!

What size are the O-Rings so we can replace them?

:)

I just ordered 2 Delrin T-tips today. One for 510/901 and one for 801. Looking forward to trying them out! It would be cool if you offered the o-rings on your site.

it might be too much trouble for 50cents. lol

but i agree, it would be nice to buy some spare with a t-tip purchase.

I recently received the newest shorty 510 T-Tip and it is SO much better than the older ones.
Thank you for continuing to refine your design.
The true stainless is without a doubt the best material to be using in our mouths and it allows the juice to flow easily to the atty. No more juice on lips.

Good information, thank you David. The 801 tips are slightly loose in a 302 atty. Is there such a thing as a thicker O-ring that I can use that would make the tips tighter?
WW,

When your out and about, just stop at any garage and ask for the next size up or at any parts store. They are pennys a piece and most will just give them to you.

Thank You David!!!!!!

I just got my T-Tips back from being re-drilled. They look great and nice and shinny again. This is the best customer service I have seen on ECF. Not only did you stand behind your product but if you make improvements you let customers send there items back for the new improvements.
