Hello wondering why only a few (3) of my cartos have the clear rubber o ring underneath the cap. All of my cartos are from litecig, and i have some premium, some regular blanks, and some prefilled (which are just regular cartos prefilled with juice). Weird thing is that only 3 of them had the rubber piece and all three were from the prefilled packages. 2 in one pack of 5, and one in another pack of 5. All were sealed so it makes me think I got shorted. Why would one carto in the pack have the piece and the others not? My premiums dont have it either, but they have the soft cap. am i missing something here? Think this is why i always get juice in my mouth on a new refill. Advise?
