Why does flavor have to be carried by PG?

You can get flavor in VG. It takes longer for it to dissipate in VG but it works. You can also have flavor in water and alcohol.

I wonder why you don't see more 100% VG liquids? Almost all liquids have at least 10 PG. But I guess the whole zero throat hit is a problem. I can't have much PG, bloats me out like crazy, but than I need some throat hit, so I have to mess with the mix of every juice I buy, I add VG to all of them. But than that kills some flavor.

JC makes pure VG liquids so do some others. Its not hard to find if you look.
Yea, I do know that a few companies do make it, I just wonder why it is rare. Most people I talk to prefer high VG but most companies don't really cater to that. I guess my gripe is I love Comic Fogs milk and honey but they are 50-50, I hate most flavors but finally found one I love but the PG is too high.

I don't think low volume is an issue. A lot of these vape shops are buying flavor buy the liter or gallon not a small amount like your typically diyer. I think the main reason is just just the cost/time to do it. Alcohol and PG have been the main carriers for flavoring for a very long time and a lot of their flavor recipes are based on that. Switching to VG I'm sure there would be a some things that have to be changed due to the thickness of VG.

Another thing is that a lot of places say 100% VG when it is in fact only 90% or something like that. They don't account for the flavoring added, which is a little misleading.

Yea. Well now that E Juice is a stable market and selling like crazy, I think more people should start distributing 100% VG flavoring. Its a huge market and worth the time and expense. If I knew enough I would do it.
