interesting. my 306s get warm on the tips, but nothing serious. My 510s are the same. If i touch them near the base...they are hot. But these are are too hot for your lips? That seems a bit alarming. Do you have a multimeter to check your batteries and atties to see where they're at? I suggest sending Rob a PM if this continues.

*edit...Credo could be right as well. Do you know what the resistance is on your atties?

Well I do not have a multimeter. And yws, I have burn marks on my lips from them.
I have tried different juices and everything else I know to do.
Maybe I can try wrapping something around the atty.

Hmmm...I would contact Rob and discuss sending the mod, the battery, and the atties in for him to take a look see. That just doesn't sound right at all. In the meantime, wrapping your atty will only trap more heat, so I strongly advise against that. If you don't have an atty that doesn't get hot on the mod, then I would stop using the mod for now and get a hold of Rob right away. :)

You could very well have a atomizer with a lower ohm rating it happens every once in a while I run into atomizers that rage. Try another atomizer and battery for sure. Avid vaper atomizer 1.5 are hot little attys to hot for some of my mods imo .I am not sure what other mods you have but if your comparing it to a ego type ecig there is a big difference. If another atomizer battery doesn't help send it to me I will go through the mod Send the battery to .

I use minis with Cisco 1.5 - 510 attys and AW 14500 batts. Yeah they get really hot, so hot that if you give a nice long vape that it'll burn some if you do like I do and grasp the atty between the intersection of my thumb and first finger. But it's the heat I'm looking for and makes for a nice warm vape. When it gets cooler I switch to a fresh batt. My batts last about 2-3 hours before I switch them out.

Feel the burn or you ain't vaping right, hehe

Luv my minis!

:)

I use the Cisco LR 2.0 attys and they work great. The 1.5ohms seemed to get too hot for my liking.

And where might I get Cisco LR 2.0. I like the heat too, but not when my lips are burnt.
Breaking in a new atty now, hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure the ones identified as 'Coustom' at Nhaler are Ciscos. They usually have a good selection in stock.

Maybe the stuff that Inkenvape orders up? Not sure if they are Cisco, but they are supposted to be top notch stuff done the way he wants them.
