Why does my cheapest RDA perform the best...

I have a Stillare, a Magma, an Orchid and a cheap aluminum 14mm Smoktech Octopus. I've run them all on an Itaste vv, a Nemesis clone and my new Eleaf Istick (which I love) with all kinds of builds. I've built regular micro coils, twisted coils, twisted than hammered, parallel coils, etc in ohm ranges from .4 to 1.8. I don't know why, but so far I get the most flavor and the best clouds with the little Smoktech. Anyone have any opinions? Thanks...

It's totally subjective. My two favs are still Helios and the Igo w. Neither are new, cool, whatever. They give me the best flavor, anyway :)

I would be surprised to see any RDA outperform Magma on flavor. Magma isn't really a cloud producer, but the flavor from it are amazing (probably because of the airflow coming from below the coil, coupled with low airflow and small chamber).

Different strokes for different folks.

Even when I reduce the Stillare airflow I like the Magma and the Orchid much better because of the bottom airflow. I'm all about the flavor over the clouds anyway. But for some reason that little Smoktech is a real beast. As morebass implied in his reply, this may be one of those times when "Smaller is Better".
Oh, and did I mention I LOVE MY ELEAF ISTICK...
