Why does this happen?

Everyone who knows me, knows I am a computer ....... So I need some of you who are more gifted in this to explain something to me. I just Googled my screen name for fun and this forum shows up along with everybody else here. It also showed me attached to some ecig mag I've never heard of and so on and so forth. Is this supposed to happen? Way too much info from here is shown. How can I fix this? Any thoughts/answers would be appreciated.

I just googled mamu and got:

The Mamu are an Indigenous Australian people from the coastal and rainforest region of Far North Queensland.

Mamu - Hindi word - Actually a relation with one's mother's brother.

I chose mamu for a screen name because in India it is slang that means "friend" like our "best bud" slang for friend.

PS The magazine owner has set things up to target opinion or techy pieces mainly I think. Reminiscences about the bus to Gillingham should be fairly safe from worldwide distribution...

Yes, true, but last time I visited this particular magazine, it was only displaying those of our posts that would interest its readers. Prolly via tags. Click on Opinion for a look...

Most forums and websites want the spiders on their sites, it increases the search result rankings.

usually it is easier to find a link in google to an ECF post thant trying the ECF own search.

Since this forum don't really have ads, why would it be concerned with is serach result rankings. I know that is a dumb question, but I don't understand.
