the V4L usb charger flash a white/blue light while it charges with the red light?

I'm not sure my last 2 batteries I bought do that...then they don't seem to charge???? I just bought another charger to see if that is the problem, I'll let you know when I get the charger. My batts do the same..well the light blinks faintly when I try to charge them in the pcc?

Someone will need to verify but I believe it is due to the way the lights work. The multi color LED works off of resistance. When low the light is red and when full it is blue. In between both colors are lighting simultaneously making it seem to blink.

All of my v4l usb chargers do it.

hmmm...alright, i thought maybe v4l was working for the FBI and it was taking pictures of me every 3/4 seconds
