When my husband quit smoking and started vaping so many moons ago I bought vendor ejuices for about 2 months before I stumbled on the DIY section of this board. After a few orders from Wizard Labs, Ecigexpress, Capellas and VZ, we are completely hooked on DIY. Sure, I've made a couple yuck juices, but I've made about 30+ blends that are wonderful. When I say "wonderful" I mean better than *ANY* store bought juice I've ever had. When once I'd make a juice order from a vendor and fill a shelf of a cabinet, I have an entire closet filled with DIY steeping juices sitting next to my canned tomatoes and salsa. Want to get into DIY and not know how to make a vapeable juice? Of course, taste is subjective but we have an entire board full of recipes here E-Liquid Recipes
Is DIY easy? It was for me. I'm still tweaking certain blends to make them better. Thanks for my DIY buddies like Mwa I've tried 10 different tobacco extractions (from leafonly.com) with some still steeping. It takes a bit of experimentation to find the right % of a flavor. Some are strong some are weak. Thanks to the generosity of the members here we can often find the concentrations of flavor x y and z by searching the board and flavor reviews.
DIY is not for everyone. It takes quite a bit of TIME. Tons of bottles and syringes. Trying flavors from multiple vendors till you get it right. If you have the means and you LIKE a vendor's juice, PLEASE keep buying from them. You support them, their families, the vaping cause in general. We shouldn't quibble about vendor bought vs DIY. The FDA has us all in their crosshairs and would rather we all just be smoking/chewing instead of vapeing the juice we all enjoy.
We are all in this together.
and YES I think we all should be using provaris
(thats a joke)
