I also Chose U.K. But, Far from where I actually live. Canada or Japan would have been better choices. USA would have even been better. Never had been to any of the small selection of countries on there. Plus, One of the ads appealed to me only because it was a chick in underwear.... I am a man.

I couldn't put united states so I put UK as well, so please know you didn't put usa as a option. Other than that I took the survey. On One question you wrote smoking when I assumed you meant vaping?? Fyi, vaping is not smoking.on that part I was confused at the survey. Because I no longer smoke but I vape daily.. also none of the adds appealed to me but I was forced to pick one...so I did and I hate cigalikes! Survey could have been written better, felt I was forced to answer some questions in a way I wouldn't of answered them..

Another respondent from the US entered as from the UK

Cristina, I'm thinking you're going to get some tremendously skewed results from this survey.
IMO you'd be well served to shut this particular survey down, polish up the Introduction and the first few questions and then restart it.

The introduction ends with "If you are a regular or an occasional smoker, please proceed to the survey."
A large, huge, really big number of respondents from this forum no longer smoke at all but we're still taking the survey.
As others have cited, the first 2 or 3 questions are specifically asking about smoking habits. So the answers I gave as example, are only true if the word smoking in the question is changed to vaping.

Dependent of course on the demographic you actually want to hear from, prap's design the survey questions to allow for current smokers as well as we "reformed" smokers (-:

And add United States to the list (-;

And simply post either the results of the survey or a link to the results here on ECF in a new thread when you have them.

And....... get that college thang nailed girl! Good on ya (-:

Done. Strange survey though. I never "smoke" an electronic cigarette, so I smoke one zero times per day. None of the adverts appeal to me, they all advertised poor devices which resemble cigarettes, and I don't want vaping to be associated to advertising involving scantily clad 20yo females. Its ridiculous!

The choices for where you get your e-juice were also lacking. There was no option for making your own. It was only after I started DIYing that I was able to make just the flavour I wanted at the strength I wanted and "know" what was in the juice (as I made it), so that's around the same time e-cigs completely replaced the old way.

As for the "question" in the subject "Why doesn't everyone switch to e-cigs?!" the easy answer is that they will (or die trying).

Why doesn't everyone switch to e-cigs ?

Good question.

Hmmm....

Why doesn't everyone stop waging wars ?

Both questions have a lot in common.

Thanks to that lump of grey matter in our skull, humankind made it to the top of the dung heap called evolution. Figuring out smart stuff like e-cigs.

No thanks to that lump of gray matter in our skull , we also stand a fair chance of doing ourselves in for good. Figuring idiotic stuff like nukes.

Displaying common sense on one side. Like helping each other out.

Getting crazy ideas on the other side .Like defining peoples 'worth' by skin pigmentation...

Same here -- in US, so I answered UK -- and I'm a woman, so none of the scantily clad women did it for me, but I can deal. And also found it somewhat confusing that you seem to be conflating vaping with smoking, when they're very different -- I am NOT a smoker any longer, but be damned if I'll do without my vape.

Vapers ARE NOT smokers. Unless they actually do both.

Yep, I just realized how confusing it is. Of course I meant vaping and I know there's a huge difference. The survey however is for both vapers and smokers...like on how much you consume a smoker would have had the options "less than 10 gigarettes" etc while a vaper "10 times or less" ecc...I forgot to adjust that one part! Sorry. Thanks for taking the survey! :)
