Why don't larger kits/batteries have an LED light?

Was just curious why the larger e-cig kits like Joye, Volcano, etc do away with the LED color at the tip of the device (like Blu, etc?) LED barely touches the battery when it comes to how much power it uses and to me, it kinda takes away from the effect you are trying to re-create. I realize they are fatter/longer then a traditional cigarette but still...bring back the lights!

I never really understood why you would even want a light on the end of an analog lookalike. The battery life is already substandard. The light only decreases the vaping time between charges.

I saw an eGo once that had a Red LED on the end.

It was so bright it could have been used as a car Brake Light in and emergency.

I don't necessarily want a light on the end of my ego batts but a light somewhere visible would be nice since my fat fingers always cover the entire button. It would just make it easier to know if you are powering the device.

The Echo has a big light on the front. Note there's more than one variant of Echo but this one certainly does.
