Why is it on my debridged 510 atomizers I get at least 2-3 times the vapor production using a regular ole 510 tip it came with without the filler inside? I mean, what in the heck is the difference between using that and a regular drip tip? If I use a drip tip I barely get anything out of them. I put the old tip back on, clouds of vapor.

Doesn't make much sense to me either and I get no difference at all in vapour output. They are both just effectively a mouthpiece. Check the drip tip has a snug fit with the atty so it's not pulling air in from the side or something. The wider bore of a drip tip can make the air flow a bit less restricted than using an empty cart, so you might get a slightly easier draw through it, but that won't have a major effect on vapour production. Also just make sure you're not flooding the atty as that will reduce vapour.
