Why I Dislike Tube Mods.

They fall over all the time and if they have a bottom lock even more reason to hate them.Im tired also of the diminished vape as oppsed to a regulated device.I have a few mods and the only tubes i like are the Paps Lux V2 and the Poldiac.I will only buy box mods for now on.I have another Hana clone 30 watt mini on the way.Looks like ive progressed to collecting box mod from tubes.Looks like i may be getting the full FT color collection.

So you don't get tube regulated devices? There are pros and cons about every device bar non, buy what makes you happy and keeps you off the stinkies, I like my tubes and my boxes. The 1 thing I do hate about boxes is that even though they have the biggest scope for uniqueness 90% of then look exactly the same.

Thats the reason I dont use them anymore. I couldnt. All the RBAs I have: Z-Atty, Pulse-G, etc dont have fill hole plugs and all my beloved Pluid drains out all over the table... I cant have that! [emoji12]

Find an e-liquid bottle with a slim a nozzle as possible. Chop it off. Use it as a plug. It will let air in to allow for wicking, but is too narrow to let liquids out. Unless you use extremely low-viscosity liquids. Also make sure your wick is snug enough not to let liquids run out that way.

I did that about 3 months ago. It worked a treat for a bit but Ive put them up since getting a couple of Reos.

My Dad had this stuff that would take scratches right out of his records. I dont think it would fix broken ones though...

I use a coffee mug with a 12oz can wrap in it. I have one on my nightstand, too.

I haven't used a tube mod since 2010. My last one was a BB from altsmoke. It has been box mods since then (mainly Reos).

That's why my 18XXX mods get no leak toppers and rest on their side, everything else get's mounted onto a 26650.

Nothing worse than knockn over a tube mod with a Kraken tank on a glass table,alto ive never cracked a glass tank that way.The sound alone wakes up the dead.

I use tube mods with my rda's and lay them horizontal;
single coil, and sinlge airhole;
my veritas has only one airhole.
my magma has 2, but I plug one with foil, so that's literally plugged/sealed properly.
I don't use my igo-w3 anymore, but you can orient it with one airhole open, but it's not a perfect seal for the closed ones.

I cracked the tank on my 14500 setup yesterday. Poor cap design on the Burai LE. Not sure if I should write it off or order replacements. I can see this happening again... and again... :/

Got lots of other stuff to use, so I'm not panicking. The Kraken is still one of my favorites. I've also become really close friends with my TNS lately. You may find some tanks that give denser flavor than some gennies; other than that I can't really agree with your statement. I'm all about pure flavors, not dense flavors.

Been looking at the Squape R and a couple others... but I always end up going "meh what does this offer that I don't already get".
