I've read over and over again that vapers have dehydration issues and have to be sure and drink enough liquids to compensate. Why is that? What is it about a PV that causes dehydration?

I'm of the opinion that drinking extra water might flush a few vitamins from our system as well. I'm not a nutritionist and I don't play one on tv, so I may be all wet here, but keeping an eye on our vitamins is never a bad idea anyway. I'm taking b12, d, and fish oil but of course that's mostly because I'm older than dirt lol.

lol vapor renu has vitamin b12 and c as an additive in their juice (if you want it) i think its probably just a novelty but interesting at least. Good thing they dont have fish oil as an option lol
