I've had the Dragon M401 only since Wednesday and already, the charger is bad, so are the batteries, and both of the atomizers have burned out. I've followed directions throughout this forum on how to fill carts and drip... only to have the whole kit go down the crapper. Maybe I'm supposed to keep sucking on the cancer stick. At least I'm still able to get a refund.....
Do yourself a favor and get a KR808D-1 2-piece kit, you won't have those problems, not to mention never having to deal with atomizers ever again.... 39 bux for a starter kit at vaporkings.com, cheap shipping too.
I really like JD at TrueSmoker but my new Dragon kit and my wife's Phoenix kit have had problems within the first two weeks. I had a charger go bad and a battery go dead. My wife had a Phoenix battery go dead. JD has, and is, replacing all and I have sent him the two batteries so he can see if there is a problem with the manufacturer.
Our other Dragon and Phoenix parts are working great, and several used Dragon batteries and attys I bought off the forum classifieds are all working great. Could be a recent manufacturing glitch.
JD will make it right.
Aww, sorry to hear that. Sometimes this stuff is a PIA. Keep reading on the forum, you'll find what works well for you.
I'd like to suggest you check out a new product I just purchased (and I have most of the models out there, sighhhh). The Chameleon full kit will have everything you need and let you try out the 4 most popular models. No more stock batteries, ONE YEAR WARRANTY, and you can swap easily between a 901/KR808D, 801 and 510! It will have 3 of those atomizers (everything but the KR808D). See it here at this thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-cigarette-suppliers-forum/54296-ikenvape-now-open.html
A Passthrough adapter and also an extension sleeve will be out for it soon.
JD is great. He's going to replace the whole kit and he wants me to send it back so he can see what's going on with it. I do love the Dragon, and plan on keeping it, since I've cooled down, lol. I'll check out the Chameleon as well, for my next investment. Thanks to all who replied!
