You won't have to pour out the old stuff but about every 3 days I think.
I would not do it on every refill. I don't.
I have a juice I made that I have refilled on about 4 days in a row.

This pic is the last of a juice that I made that is about a week old
I cleaned out the tank about 2 days ago.
I just run it under really hot water and dry the wicks with paper towel
Do Short Dry burn a few times and fill, let sit for about 10min and vape on.
Refill as needed and repeat about every 4 days.

I will rebuild the coil and wicks about every 1 or 2 weeks. That is my aim anyway.

This is juice I started making yesterday, messed up and had to fix, so it is fresh, but won't be ready for a couple of days to vape.
This juice will turn darker within the next 5 to 7 days, and start to look like what is in the tank above.
This is my RY4 version that I have been tweaking.
How I messed it up was putting Spokane Super Sauce Marlboro Type in it. HUGE mistake, that stuff really is nasty.
I have about 70ml now which is cool cause I like what I make.

Also note, that the juice looks frothy cause I put it in an empty Glycerin bottle and shook the hell out of it.
It will clear up later.

Edit: After some hours, this is what it looks like now. I may come back and post a pick in a week or so for an update.

Also look up steeping. Search for my posts on the subject if you can. I do not subscribe to leaving the bottle open for long periods of time. But this will also cause juice to turn dark.

Edit 2: Here is the same juice 9 hours later.
