as stevegmu mentioned the coils not being in tightly or incorrectly can cause your "oil" to flow in and flood your tank making it escape through the "flew hole". making sure they are seated properly should fix! good luck!

My subox mini has a problem of oil leak and i am new of using this i don't know what's wrong.

The flew hole always has oil when i vape the oil will less.

But once i stop vape the oil keep leaking of the tank from the flew hole.

That's makes me crazy....

I am having the exact same problem, i'm soooo ......!! I've tried changing the O-rings and the glass, I have no idea why this is happening. and like you it stops when I vape, but if I don't Use it for a day, then go and use it, once it heats up, the oil starts leaking. I think that this is happening to either certain tanks that are defected, and/ or it doesn't happen to everyone, because most people vape all day, and it doesn't have time to seep through the cotton.
the only thing I found that works, is turning the tank upside down, when not in use. other than that, i'm super ...... about this.

What coil are you using? Is it the 1.2 or .5 ohm vertical cotton coil? What pg/vg ratio juice are you using? And what power are you vaping at? What do you have the airflow ring set at, smallest, middle, or largest holes? I have leaks on ocassion out of the airhole on my subtank mini and in testing have found those are factors in airflow hole leaks.

Took me a while to figure out why mine leaked turns out there was a pressure difference when I got in and out of the car. I drive long distances sometimes and go up and down steep slopes around the catskill mountains. So take pressure into account if it happens certain times/places. Unlikely this is the cause but Ya never know !

I recently found with my tanks if you are using the .5ohm you need to increase airflow to the max and vape at a higher wattage. For me that stop the leaking on both my mini and plus. I currently run 40W.

What PG/VG Ratio are you using? I've found that if you use a higher VG juice the leaking problem stops.
