I'm new but it seems to be a love/hate thing going on with provari in the forum. I say get what works for you the best and screw them.
There is a photo on another thread here "provape user photos" (/forum/provape/309055-provape-user-photos-8.html#post10312769) I was going to ask there but I am too newI have two Provari Minis, and they are the best vaping money I have spent. Reliability, features, sturdiness, excellent customer service, the works.
Thanks. This forum is great. Glad I found it!ProVari Tank Ring[/url]
That's definitely an area where I think they can improve. When it comes down to it, that thing is ugly and depending on your unit, doesnt match the finish at all. It seems strange to me that they have custom battery caps yet can't come up with a decent ring on top to balance larger tanks / provide better airflow for some tanks. And then there's the whole issue with connectivity and lowering the connection in a tank, if its even possible.
There are other places to get beauty rings but it's not needed if a 19mm tank/topper is used. Provape's ring is the same finish as the metal taper and end cap.
Oh that's interesting and good to know. I had been looking at them but I guess the picture is not doing the ring justice. It looks kind of brushed and what not.
I sold my Provari for a Reo, and don't regret purchasing the Reo. After this video came up, I do regret selling the Provari. Most dependable regulated mod in existence, bar none. It simply can't be argued with that it does what it does for as long as you own it, even if it doesn't do it as well as other devices. Sure it's limited in it's capacity, but Provape is all about safety, and that's one thing the Provari doesn't have a single failing on.
The Provari P3 (see video) will be in my hands on release, even though I converted to the dark side of mechanicals, and the not so dark side of the Reo.
Miss the Provari for my Genny builds for sure
Yes, Bravo!!! But his name is Phil, not Pete.Bravo Pete B!
