Read the customer loyalty all over this forum, it will speak for itself. I think it largely comes down to V4L truly wanting everyone to be happily vaping. They do all they can to make that happen. My experience and everyone else's is that this is a top notch customer service experience, their way of doing business involves no BS. Other companies might be great at this too but combined with great kits that end up being more economical through their inclusiveness you really can't beat doing business with Steve at V4L. ;)

I'm sure you'll choose a Vapor King, it's been improved on. The cartos are very durable if you don't totally burn them up, I've yet to see one of mine hit the garbage can. The flavors are great, and more always coming it seems. Ummm, order some caramel, trust me! :D

I see this quoted often, but have yet to read exactly what those improvements are. I'd really like to know. When that question is repeatedly bypassed, it convinces me there is no difference at all other than the logo.

Recall when the 510 was all the rage. I can think of several vendors who put their own logo on it and then called it something else. "Yeti," "Dura C," "Titan," etc. However, underneath all the hype, it was still just a 510.

On another note, I'm happy to see the good report on the caramel; it's on order. :)

I bought from V4L a few times yes his product is good if you are a cartomizer fan, but I still fail to see or hear what these improvement claims are... I have cartomizers from many suppliers because I go with the best deal (of course I am an excellent consumer) right now honestly the two choices the OP made isn't the best price, but anywho
all off my carts act the same either really good for a cartomizer and the occational dud.

I have NO PROBLEM with loyalty and excitement, I have NO PROBLEM with promoting a product that worked for you... it worked for me as well (YES V4L was my first ecig) and yes I did give credit where credit is due)

JUST STOP WITH THE BLIND SHEEP comments... PROOF is in the pudding

I know I know chill out dude get off of the thread if you don't like what you read..... BUT listen when I am on ECF I frequent the Today's post to gather information and to pass it on... YES I have another life, but when I am here this is what I do.... I and alot of others try to help inform the uninformed about ecig and vaping in general.....so yes I feel it is important to receive FACTS

YES I MAKE MISTAKES and misinform at times too, but when corrected I learn and GROW.

IGNORE ME all you want... I am no fanboy of anything and I am not trying to BASH just to BASH..... and I am by no means ANTI-V4L

Like I said you don't need to put Birds on a feather to make him fly

DONT TELL ME about freebies either... I received freebies from V4L as well but drop them and drop the price and I will get what I want...

I know I maybe watchdogging but, if you know than this doesn't concern you...but for people that are totally new and don't normally frequent forums need to know that some comments CAN be hyped up a bit.......

I know I would want to know everything I can before I jump into something

Caramel was not one of my favorites, I didn't think the taste was strong enough but that could be just me - everyone else seems to like it. ;)

I think some of the vendors have caught up and at least have the manuals, but I don't think anyone has the manual extra longs and those cannot be beat! Those things vape like the passthrough - they are amazing! I am anxiously awaiting the pcc for those because those are the ones I use all the time now!

I know some people have said that you take the peach and slap a peach cobbler label on them and pass them off as something new, but I have the peach and the peach cobbler and there is a difference. For one thing, the label is different! ;) (kidding) But seriously, there are different undertones to the peach cobbler, I don't know maybe vanilla? I just prefer it. And how do you explain that V4L has way different flavors that the others don't have? Like the conac and lichee? I just think Steve is a bit more hands on with everything he sells and it shows. Doesn't mean the others don't have a fine product - the KR808 is great! But I do believe Steve is more hands on with the people in China making these things.

There are many fine vendors out there, but Steves customer service cannot be beat! Plus, if something is not right, he corrects it. No questions asked.

One possibility since his carts are not in blister packs he fills them himself or has someone fill them.... not saying that is what he does, but who is to prove that he doesn't ... sorry

I just heard that is a possibility.

Who peed in your cornflakes, Geoduck?

I do believe that someone posted a picture showing improvements on the VK on another thread. All improvements are not going to be visible to the naked eye.

I've dealt with China for years, I've got a website and have tons of competition. As far as posting on a message board any technical issues regarding improvements on a product I have, I don't do it. The competition is brutal and they are just waiting for some easy to obtain info so they can copy it. I work directly with a factory in China that produces my products and China being China, I even have to worry that they will share MY trade secrets with my competition. That has happened and I had to switch suppliers because of it.

Is V4L the first one to come up with the manual battery for this model? If so, then there is a huge improvement in my book. Are they the first ones to come up with an xlong battery? I think they are. That is another improvement on this model.

Are their prices competitive? Seems like it.

If you knew anything about business, you'd know that when someone puts freebies into a box, it is because they want to satisfy their customers by giving them something extra on top of what they ordered and to let them sample something they did not order. I give freebies all the time, I always have and I don't raise my prices because of it. I charge what the market will bear and that is what V4L does with their products. If I choose to give away some of my profit in the form of extras in an order, that is my choice as a business owner. From a business perspective, it doesn't lock me into super low prices, that, when there is a downturn would make it difficult to stay in business. I give out what I can afford, share the wealth if you will. If I can't afford to do it, then I either stop giving away my inventory or reduce the amount of freebies in the box.

Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh, but your posts are very harsh and even though there is what I consider to be proof of improvements, you don't seem to want to see it.

I look at it this way....if you come to this subforum and ask "Why should I get a VK over something else?"

If you take a moment to read the subforum:

1. Every thread pretty much praises the amazing service and speed
2. Every thread pretty much praises the warranty and guarantee of satisfaction
3. Countless threads of people saying they've given up analogs
4. People loving the flavors, and willing to help others with flavor info

So, if you wanna bash the VK (and yes, no matter if you call yourself a "watchdog" or not, you are still trolling and instigating), then go ahead. I choose not to read those threads.

AND.... if you take the time to read the subforums, and still feel the need to start a thread asking, "Why should I get a VK over something else", then you are pretty much held in the same regard.

Hey guys. If this question doesn't belong here, let me know and I'll get rid of it.

Why should I buy a VK from V4L instead of a KR808-D1 from NHaler? Convince me.

Can't speak concerning NHaler; they may be great. But as for the VK, the carts have bursting, mouthwatering flavor. Moreover, the carts have tiny grooves cut into them that allow for an easy cigarette-like draw. Order from wherever you want if they are the same device: can't you test the both carts on it?

Not too harsh
noone ...... in my cornflakes
the pictures didn't prove anything I may have to take time and take a picture of my different carts to show no difference but that wouldnt prove anything
I am not going talk about the other sites that sell or the manufacurers that make these carts because this is V4Ls subform

I will post an ECF post by a popular moder on this forum there are pics there
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/atomizer-mods/42193-cartomizer-disassembly.html

thank you for biz101 but with this long post that you seemed to take a lot of time typing and your history of past posts that really don't show any credibility for me to even consider valuing this response as just smoke up the arshe....(don't mean to be harsh, but this doesn't prove anything)

and secrets? no it isn't a big secret KR808 models aren't really talked about much because though they are a practical model the others seem to be more talked about i.e. 901 801 510 etc

but I will keep an open mind which I try to always do and reread your post untill I can get something out of it to pass on to others...I am not too big to grow

so I say Good day

Well the OP was talking about the VK and KR808D-1 over another supplier and the claims of V4L improvements were questioned i.e. cart improvements and battery improvements...

So now it isn't a battery only or a cart only thread

and to answer your question about the batteries I can say NO V4L isn't the first one to COME UP with the manual battery and the xtra long battery model...china is....NOW I can't make any claims as to who was the first to offer it....V4L maybe the first to advertise these to resell...but really does first qualify as an improvement.. because maybe V4L was the first to have that particular shipment released from customs.

So this really all started, not to say that VK is bad nor to question the claim of his customer service, but to have claims of "improvements" backed with evidence. I am saying either do more research or don't make such concrete claims....

I am only explaining the topic not saying that you made the claim, but you did respond directly to me so I felt obligated to answer.

NOW hehe GOOD DAY to THAT hehe

And the claimer is under the obligation of proof, because
So we're not talking about the battery, but the cartomizer only?

Is VK the first one to come up with the manual battery and the xtra long battery for this model?

If so, does this not prove that VK has improved upon the original model?

So, the thrust of your argument in saying that VK has improved on this original model is that Steve is a liar when he says he's done improvements on this product? Or what?

What kind of proof are you looking for, anyway? Do you want documentation between vendors and the factory to prove it to you? You'll never get that and you know it.

China will not improve upon a thing if they are selling what they already have just fine. It takes a vendor to send them specs on what they want to improve upon and they act accordingly. The vendor receives samples with the changes, approves it and only then the factory makes it and ships it to the vendor. Then China turns around and sells their customer's ideas to anyone else they feel like selling it to. This is how that works. Unless you are a huge company like Disney with worldwide trademark protection and China is afraid of you.

"NOW hehe GOOD DAY to THAT hehe"

Yeah, same to you.

This continuing schwartz sizing episode is getting old.

You will not be able to proof any proprietary changes one way or the other.

You've made your point. Even if they are exactly the same, there is more to making a purchase than just the product alone...warranty, service, word of mouth testimony ect.

Either way you decide to go, just stay away from the analogs, aint nothin good 'bout those!

I had a battery go bad and Steve replaced it no questions asked...how many other vendors would do this based on trust. But not only did he replace my battery, he also threw in a manual passthrough and a car charger free of charge. Can anyone tell me if any other vendors that treat their customers as well as Steve does? There are mounds of threads in this section of the forum from other satisfied customers that have had similar experiences.

Now as far as if one is better than the other....this is getting old real fast. Steve is not going to tell anyone what improvements he makes...would you if you were a vendor? The testimonials speak for themselves. I would not knock any other vendor....and perhaps the OP should have asked the same question in Drew's thread. As far as I am concerned I have a very good reason for sticking with V4L....customer service.
