I was perusing some of the other sections of the forums yesterday, and I checked out the Blu section, since an aquaintence of mine had purchased one. I should thank him, since it lead me to do the research that brought me here and happily puffin' on my VK. I noticed how many unhappy customers there were, and that everybody was trying their best to make that product a usuable product.

When I'm here in "our" section, everybody is happy, it's all sunshine and roses, we're all very sastified VK users. I think my question is, how do we spread some of the VK word outside this section. I don't have a video camera and have no experience with other ecigs, so it would be inappropriate or difficult for me to give any kind of accurate review in the review section.

Is it against forum rules to post pro VK sentiments in another sponsered section? I don't know, I just tend to think that people are still making uninformed/bad (read not VK) decisions because they're just not checking out the V4L portion of the website. What's the best way to get them here?

Thanks for humoring my foggy discombobulated morning thoughts.

I know, I feel bad too! While I have never gone to another sponsors forum as that might be pushing things, I do go on the new members section and post my feelings to people asking for suggestions on various ecigs. Also, people who are not happy with their 510, I often chime in and agree and tell them about VK and V4L. I also give them tips on how I made my 510 work for me until I got my VK (dripping, topping carts, etc...) but point out I love the hassle free VK head and shoulders above the 510 and would never go back.

It's not kosher to post in other supplier's subforums promoting a competitor's specific product. If you look around the General Discussion forums or New Member forum you will find plenty of opportunity to speak your mind.

Word of advice, you don't have to be an expert or have tried everything made. Just be straight up honest. Give information that you know, and be prepared and understand that there will be 1000 other posters with different views as yours.

If you want to support a product (in my opinion) state the facts, how you personally feel, but don't be pushy.... and try not just go out spamming I mean post where it seems like it fits in with the thread.... like a conversation
if someone is saying they wished they can find a replacement something for their widget,, it wouldn't be wise to say forget your widget and buy the widget I have from my supplier.

anyway I think you get the point

glad you are happy with what you got and that is the most important thing in life

I agree! I try not to be pushy, but enthusiastic about the product. For those currantly trying to make the 510 work for them I offer tips, but also tell them that it was too much hassle to maintain and I had switched to the VK for its outstanding taste and ease of use. And of course, I praise Steve and crew to the skies! ;)

I laughed too, but thats what made me realize that there were options out there besides all the bull-poop needed to run my 510. As much as I wanted to quit smoking, vaping was a full time job. With massage school, work and trying to avoid divorce by any means possible (lol), when I saw Fisherpal do her stuff, thats when I decided to take the leap.

:)

Bornagainst - you know, that's the very best comment I have heard yet about my nerve-wracking, first-and-last entry into webcam-world. I'm glad people got a good chuckle but even better (way better) is that I helped even one person make the decision to switch to a VK. It is so much more than I had ever hoped for and, as you can tell, this is a common sentiment. Happy vaping, sir!

Honestly, it was one of your posts that got me over here to check out the VK.
I have been doing a lot of reading and watching videos over the last month,
and had almost convinced myself to get a Blu, largely due to the intro deal and the pack/charger.

Thankfully, I was seriously put off by their 2week to "who knows when" delay on shipping, so
I made myself do some more reading, looking specifically for an active board like this one.

I am extremely grateful, now :)
Thanks to you and others, I feel like I am making a much better decision going with the VK.

Now, if I could only get an overnight shipping option... I'd be happily vaping by Tuesday.
Impatient? ME? Ok, maybe just a little ;)

Awwww, thanks! That is why I do it! I am just so thrilled to have found V4L, I want to try and prevent people from learning the hard way like I did after investing hundreds of dollars in other ecigs!

Now that you have jumped in, don't be a stranger! Did you get the manual or the auto? I am so excited for you! Welcome! ;)

Didn't order, yet. Have to wait until Monday.
I'm going with the Ultimate Ultimatum kit, and adding one of the manual batteries, to start.

Thanks for the welcome :)
