3 months ago a friend of mine showed up at work with an ecig. It was the type that look like an analog and recharge in the box. I laughed as I watched him puff danty vapor hits. A week passed by and he was still hitting the thing and I hadn´t seen him smoking analogs. He also seemed more energized. I decided to give it a try. I bought the crappy little kit for 100 bucks. Smoked it for 3 days and back to the analogs. 2 packs a day for 20 years. During those 3 days of abstanence, I spent alot of time online looking at youtube videos of the bigger looking electronic devices. I saw a good comment on one of the many suppliers on this site and bought a DSE 801 kit. It arrived as I was a couple days back into my tobacco habit. I threw the marlboros in the garbage and started to smoke the 801. Much better and the eliquids i bought were great. Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla, ect... I now have a Chuck in route and should be receiving any day. Basically I effectively switched from tobacco smoking to vaporing and I have not touched a marlboro for 2.5 months. Now that I have made this switch, what to do? Nicotine is a monkey that I´m not sure I can ever get off my back? I already see that if I don´t vape frequently, I have thoughts of analog. If i constantly vape, I never think of tobacco. So, keep on vaping? Keep lowering levels i guess. go to 9mg and then 6mg??? Anyway, my success to date is good equipment and liquids. Best of Luck!

Easier if you mix your own,you can go through the levels at your own pace.
