Why is disscusing mixing using a nicotine base prohibited, what wrong can come of it

If you're talking about the prohibition of talking about 99% nicotine, it's a forum rule due to safety and complications.

Exactly. Pure nic base is not something to be taken lightly, and not something to handle in your bathroom or kitchen.
