My SS only wick in my IGO-L uses every last drop and can keep up with chain vaping. Picture 62.jpgPicture 60.jpg

Was wondering about that. I ordered an IGO and wondered what to use for it when it gets here. They last about a month?
I'm at 3 weeks on this set up, I'll keep you informed. Every once in a while I will pull the IGO-L off of my PV and run it under hot tap water, blow it out and blot it with a paper towel and then dry burn the coil. I do this not because it's needed but in order to keep it from gunking up, and sometimes to change flavors when testing something new and I don't want the blended flavor for a couple top offs.
You can easily fit 15 drops in it but for some odd reason I only do 5-6 at a time.

Dead thread, but I just ordered a batch of 2mm 12 strand hemp from lovepetal on eBay. She advised that she will be updating her eBay listing to reflect the fact that she now has 12 thread 2mm in stock. I have not yet received it, so I can't comment on wickability - I am am buying on an ECF reccomendation and a ton of research.

I have been using cotton for the last couple days (rolled cotton from CVS)... it's the most THIRSTY wicking I have ever experienced. If someone new stumbles on this thread, LESS IS MORE. Cotton "puffs up" to double it's size when it gets wet, and you can't dry burn it, so pre-roll your coils (on a nail, for example), UNDERSTUFF your coil, and then get it wet with liquid. If you use too little, cotton is cheap, try it again until you get it right. Too much = choked wick = burnt cotton = nasty taste.

One nice bonus I can say about cotton that I can't say about silica is that silica, when it dry hits, smacks you in the face with no warning. If you are attentive, cotton seems to give you some early warning signals (slight taste difference) that prompts you to drip. (Tested on a Smoktech Squid)
