Wick removal

I was browsing around and I seen a couple people say that if your just going to drip, that the wick is rather useless and only get's in the way...So I have two questions.. Should I remove the wick from my JOYE510 Atty in order to improve results? If so, could anyone possibly post a link or give good detailed instructions as to how to do so?...I don't want to ruin my atty's as I only have two right now and I'm kinda broke..Any help or further insight would be much appreciated..

Some says that the wick is there to jumpstart the bridge but for me since I drip I had the wick removed and no more burned taste. Consumes more juice though as the wick helps to keep the atty wet. You can search "atomizer" in youtube I think there's a number of vids posted there on how to do it.

Eh I think I'll try it on one and leave the other untoched since I have two ATM and figure out which I like more if I even pick up on the difference e.e..Youtube, lawl, shoulda been the first place to check...I forgot this was actually getting popular and it's all over that now I hear

I just pulled a wick from one of my atty's to try it out..... not liking it .. all kinds of popin and garglin..no thanks.

I don't remove the wick, or debridge, for dripping. I just use the same atty as when I'm using a cart. It works great for me!
