hello all you veterans out there

has anyone had issues with the fogger v4? i have had issues with the wicks staying juiced, after few hits i get a dry hit so need to close the air vent and do a few primer hits to try and prime the wicks again then same thing i have run my wicks down the side channels is this wrong, am i blocking the flow of juice getting inside the chimney?

You probably have the juice hole packed to tight with wick. I'm assuming cotton. With cotton less is more. Don't crowd the holes. If your using a Silica wick they do not do as well as cotton. If you want to move to cotton us organic or surgical cotton. Cellucotton is handy as it's got longer fibers than cotton balls. I've got some rayon cellucotton on order but it has not yet arrived. Hear that is great. Will see i checked out the MSDS on rayon and it's 90+% cellulose. Anyway if you are using high VG juice that can also cause that. Those channels should have some wick in them but not packed or down all the way to the bottom of that channel.
