Wierd buzzing sound - what is this?

My first journey.

I got myself istick basic starter.

But, this sound makes me worried(when you fire it up):


And the mouthpiece gets hot.

I got 2 and both is the same. Is it normal?

That's your juice "cooking" to give you vapor.

What watts are you running, and what type of coil? If it's hot could be a combination of one or both of those things.

Just looked at it, guess it doesn't give you wattage control?

If your running the coil it comes with that is .75 ohms which makes it sub-ohming and that is always a warmer vape.

No, that's the sound it makes when the ejuice is heating up. The coil gets hot and boils the ejuice to create the vapor we inhale. If it's to warm of a vape for you you could get some higher ohm coils. Not familiar with unit myself. Welcome to the forum and any questions you have so many here willing to help.

Your device is regulated so it has a lot of built in protection features. Perhaps going on YouTube and doing a search on your device and watch a couple videos to get yourself more familiar with it would help ease your mind.
