Fair enough, you're entitled to say what you think.

I don't agree with you though,
LOL.....Lord knows your not alone!
I don't think it's bull****
Probably not the best choice of words to use!
Sometimes I tend to be a little over zealous when attempting to make a point.:thumb:

Well sorry burns whatever your name is, but I have not had a good experience with JC as posted earlier.

I have been e-smoking for about 5 months now and know when I get liquid in my mouth.

I did not experience numbness as such but my tongue and parts of my mouth felt like they had been rubbed sore with an iron file. It was very unpleasant and I was not going to risk this sensation spreading to my throat. And no, I did not get any liquid in my mouth.

I tried the tobacco and Almond Coffee flavours in high strength. I have used high strength cartridges before and am currently using 36mg liquid with no adverse reaction.

Maybe I am allergic to something in JC. I don't know. I do know I am not a liar and I do know I had a bad experience with JC.

I thank Simon for honouring the guarantee and accepting the return of the liquid for a refund.

Think I've finally figured this thread out.
Just got my hands on a recently ordered sample pack.

HOLY CRAP!
This is NOT the same juice he was selling a month ago.

The flavors all tasted alike, with the exception of Regular flavor which tasted so much like finger nail polish remover that I nearly hurled.

None of the flavors came anywhere close to what they used to be just a few weeks ago.

So disappointed, as I loved the Arctic Mint; but the new Arctic Mint should be renamed, "Minty Finger Nail Polish Remover Minus Mint."

Now I understand all the complaints!
We are all probably lucky that a numb tongue is the only symptom anyone noticed.
This crap smells so much like chemicals it's scary!

:p
Well sorry burns whatever your name is,
It's a venereal name.......Burns when IP:D

:p
I do know I am not a liar and I do know I had a bad experience with JC.
Did not mean to imply that anyone was a liar, Hector.
Sorry if you felt that way.
Just trying to figure this thread out.
Unfortunately I think I have.:(

I just had a thought that might relate here.

I know someone brought up the difference between ruyan and all the others. There is probably some issues regarding content, but it reminded me of a little incident with electronic recently.

There were(maybe are still) some companies that produce capacitors for motherboards and what not. They had ripped off a patent from another company, but the other company had neglected to include all of the ingredients in the patent. So the new guys copy what is there and then have problems with the acidity of the dielectric. That leads to leaking, bulging, and failing caps.

Not sure if you guys are following that, but i wonder if there is some key ingredient that only 1 or 2 manufacturers are aware of, yet all the others still make their own juice and then problems arise from the exclusion of that ingredient.

Hopefully that made sense. This is all just pure speculation.

That makes total sense. Christian, if you are reading this...this is something that you should take totally into consideration and cease and desist until this product is truly ready for market.

It might be useful if the people who have had the numb mouth reaction to JC could tell us which flavours they were using at the time of the problem. Please.

Chocolate Almond and Arctic Mint for me. I'm sorry I can't say which one was the problem was as I used both at the same time (in different atomisers)

To those affected, is there any way this could have been caused by liquid getting in your mouth or did that not happen?

No, I bought new empty carts. I put only a few drops into the sponge/fibre (if you held the cart up to the light you could see the bottom half was dark and the top half was light.

I deliberately did not fill it right up as I've had problems getting liquid in my mouth before with the factory filled carts on my dse901

I think that Jc is a bit thin and if someone drowns their atomizer they drown their battery and suck in juice. If you top off a cart and don't drown the cart...jc flavors are awesome. I think that he over compenstated with the new formula by making sure that it was thinner not to clog or gum up the atomizer but maybe it is too thin. I asked if they could create a bit thicker formula...I am supposed to find out within the week if they are able to create a formula just a bit thicker than the new and improved.

I didnt see this posted so lemme give you my newbie take on this.
JC Juice did make my lips tingle but I discovered this is related to the style of smoking. Generally I smoke a cig horizontal --------> , I found that on a newly topped off cart, its a good idea to take a few puffs pointing the cig downwards.

I found it's also advisable to dry the outside plastic arround the sponge material (not touching the sponge itself). The groovs that run along the side to the mouth piece is the path the smoke takes to the exit hole.

JC juice itself is definitely strong stuff. I was drying out a sponge to try a diffrent flavor (squeez sponge in paper towell technique), and the liquid got on my fingers. It imediately felt cold and solvent like, so I dried my fingers right away.

I would be extremely currious if that solvent feeling is the PG, Nicotine, or some other chem.

That's what I think also, its the nicotine causing that, but I'm not 100% sure.
This is from Johnson Creek v.002, High sampler.

I'd like to order some Zero Nicotine flavors to compare, however the only company I see selling it is e-cig.com, but I'm reading horror stories of selling what they dont have, and long shipping times because of that.

I too had an reaction to JC. At first I put it off to something I ate, I stopped using it for a day and then went back to the juice. My tongue was totally numb
and didn't regain feeling for 24 hrs. I use Tobacco VG zero nic. Maybe they put some cloves in their product, I don't know. I do know I have not totally regained my speech pattern, that will come later today and I have stopped using the product.

I just starting vaping on 02/19/10, i order JC artic menthol. My mouth went numb, lips on fire...it was horrible...since I just starting vaping I thought it will take a little time to adjust and I thought I must be doing something wrong - over filling my carts - I posted my problem on here and I had gotten some help.I thought maybe I had gotten juice in my mouth(the next day)then I tried the carts that came with my kit and I still had problems but they didn't get any worse - My lips still are not back to normal - I have decided it's something in their juice
