Wildman wood Maple 18650 001.jpgwildman woods Maple 18650 002.jpg
Hello,
I have started this thread in response to several members suggestions that I sell my simple wooden mods and the boxes to make your own.
Above is a Maple box with sliding door. It comes with a 1 million click switch. It carries a 6ml bottle of fluid, and as you can see is a bottom feeder, not a tilt and shoot. I also machined a brass dripcup for it. It will of course function between 3.7 and 7.4 volts depending on batteries used.
I like to make simple mods with as little exposed wiring as possible.
Price has not been fixed yet, but will not be expensive.

Next is a Mahogany finger groove Mod with 6ml bottle, but most will come with 3ml bottles.
This one runs on a 14650 battery, there will also be shorter units for 14500 batteries.

Empty boxes for mods 001.jpg
Empty boxes for the DIYer, Now here is where I would need feedback.
How much room do you need to fit components for say a VV mod. The opening
could be elongated to leave room for the chipset.
These are for 18650 bottom feeders with 40mm width and 72 and 92mm long,
and of course 18mm deep. The entire unit is only 4 1/2 inches tall including dripcup.
Another 20 to 25mm of opening would only add about 1 inch to the box.

Good morning all,
Getting ready to start the work week, I work a 12 hour shift, and with travel time it doesn't leave much time for anything but sleep.
This week I get off on wednesday so I will get busy on building some 18650 and 14500 units.
The drippers are 1 1/2 by 3 1/4 for the 14500 and the 14650 is 4 and 1/4 tall to the top of the drip cup.
Unfortunantly my weekend was a bust...the idea to use a slot for the door instead of a dovetail cut was a poor one apparently. Would make the units way too thick.
Be safe.

The maple one is mine :) its beautiful!! I'm running a 510 LR atty and its my first BF. Dont let alek be modest, it's a great mod!! You can see the hard work he put into it when you see it in person!

The drip cup on this thing is AWSOME! I've set it down and it fell over twice and I havnt lost a drop! There is NO leaking ANYWHERE on this baby.

Now if I can just get him to make me a VV one!! (hint hint lol )

Thank you again alek, I love it! ( and it hasn't been put down in 3 days either! )
