I honestly think the smallest I could produce would be 3 1/2 and that would be with battclamps not a spring.
With a heavy duty spring closer to 4". could get a little smaller if I could put switch to the side of batt.
I would need to be a little wider than say "Bad Mojo" but shorter with switch tucked into groove.
would need a piece say 3/4" x 9" x 6" gives me a little room to find the prettiest bit.
Cost , if you send two pieces of wood, and it's pretty....$30 plus shipping. That way I can make one for myself also.

OK Alek - I'm so excited! I found some beautiful quartersawn zebrawood (site says 13% moisture content & waxed) - its a 1-7/8 x 9 x 9 - sliced in half that would make two - yes? Can you do that? One for me and one for you? 18650 non bottom feeder and no drip cup - 4" is fine, the rest I leave up to your talented hands - although I do like this shape View attachment 89458...and also the shape of the Bad Moon with finger grooves...View attachment 89479 - Maybe a combo of the two?? I'd also like the switch tucked into the top finger groove. Here is the zebrawood View attachment 89459...View attachment 89461
